How to Trigger Price & Supply Chain Refreshes

• On-Demand: Ask the assistant “Run the sourcing-price-refresher agent on stale items (or on Silo 02)”
• Scheduled: Use /schedule or /automation to run the workspace skill refresh-biohacking-prices monthly.
• Flag Individual Notes: Set needs_refresh: true in the frontmatter of any note in 97 - Sourcing & Supply Chain/ — it will immediately appear in > *No items currently in the refresh queue (all prices verified within 30 days).* .

Scope of the Task Agent

1. Scans Sourcing & Pricing.base for notes where needs_refresh == true or (today() - date(last_price_check)).days > 30.
2. Queries current retail/research vendor pricing, bulk discounts, third-party COA verification status, sensor/filter replacement costs, and newly released hardware generations.
3. Updates the Markdown pricing tables, price_range_usd, monthly_cost_est_usd, last_price_check, and resets needs_refresh: false.
